My name is Zack Liston, and welcome to my blog! Here, I will be talking about my experience in TPTE which may include jokes, horror stories, sarcasm, or touching reflection.
The first precious hours of this TPTE 486 class have been fairly low-key, and not very demanding for me because I am fairly technology savvy. I look forward to the rest of the summer when we will hopefully begin to explore things I don't know how to do, and I will be able to grow to become a teacher that effectively uses technology in the classroom.

Hey, Zack,
ReplyDeleteThis first post presents a great opportunity for you to state some of your goals for this course. Clearly you are proficient, but where do you want to go? What do YOU want to learn?
More importantly, as the technologically savvy student that you are, I think you will have a more satisfying experience in TPTE 486 if you think less in terms of learning the tools and more in terms of applying them and integrating them effectively into a classroom and, specifically, a music curriculum.
What are the implications for you as a future teacher? What potential do web-based and digital technologies hold for your instruction? And, in what creative ways can you envision implementing and integrating them?
I am excited to learn more from you this summer.
